Bethlehem (PA) NAACP helps inform voters about new Voter ID laws
Pennsylvania's voter ID law is only a month old, but local leaders say now is the time to educate yourself on what you'll need to cast your ballot. When you head to the polls in November for the general election you'll be asked for identification, and if you don't have it you won't be allowed to vote.
About two dozen people in Bethlehem spent their Friday night asking questions. It was forum hosted by the NAACP specifically to get the word out about the new voter ID law.
"To make people aware that there's gonna be a problem in November," explained Esther Lee with the Bethlehem NAACP.
